Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
- The item must be shipped back within 7 days of your return request approval
Non-returnable items:
- Items marked as final sale
- Used, damaged, or altered items
- Perishable or customized items
Return Process
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 2 business days with instructions and a return address.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Refunds
If your return is approved:
- A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed
Please Note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item received.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame:

International Returns
We accept international returns following the same conditions. Please allow additional transit time based on your location [email protected].
